TimerSession is a desktop application. The following data is stored locally on your computer only and is never transmitted to our servers:

Client names and contact information you enter
Session records and timer history
Financial records and income data
Application settings and preferences

3. Data We Collect

We collect minimal data necessary to operate the service:

Email address — collected during purchase for license delivery and support.
Payment information — processed by Paddle (our payment provider). We do not store your credit card details.
License/device identifier — used to validate your license and prevent unauthorized sharing.

4. Third-Party Services

The Software may optionally integrate with the following third-party services at your choice:

Google Calendar — for session sync. Requires your explicit authorization via Google OAuth.
Telegram — for session notifications. Requires your own Telegram bot token.
Paddle — our payment processor. See Paddle's Privacy Policy.

These integrations are optional and controlled entirely by you.

5. Cookies

Our website (timersession.github.io) does not use tracking cookies. We do not run analytics or advertising scripts.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except as required by law or as described in this policy (e.g. payment processing via Paddle).

7. Data Retention

We retain your email address and purchase record for as long as your license is active and for up to 3 years thereafter for accounting purposes. You may request deletion at any time.

8. Your Rights

We take reasonable measures to protect your data. All payment transactions are encrypted via Paddle's secure infrastructure.
